Welcome to another print craft series brought to you by House of Burke and our friend Jaime from Frogs and Snails and Puppy Dog Tails! Just in time for Valentine's Day, we are bringing you the We Heart Print Crafts series. Over the next five days, we will be sharing some adorable Valentine's themed print crafts that you can do with your little ones. From lips to butts, this will be a super fun print craft series!
For our first print craft, we went with a totally non-traditional one: bum prints. Yes, I'm aware that my kids are probably going to scream at me when they are older (because I printed Kingston's bum of course too), BUTT (see what I did there?) I can't handle the squishy, adorable, sweetness that is my baby's bum. SO long story short: BUM PRINTS! Aren't these just the cutest Valentine's ever? Grandparents love baby bums ALMOST as much as Mama's, so they would also make an adorable, unique, keepsake gift.
This was super simple to make. I laid Bentley on a towel on his changing pad. Then I painted his cute little bum with red washable paint. While I made the print I gave him something to distract him. He's a roller and is always all over the place, so it helped to have him focus on something. (And yes, my fancy toy of choice was a pack of Boogie Wipes

I printed his butt on a piece of white cardstock
. Then I cleaned the paint off with a baby wipe
, just like any old diaper change! Of course, I then snapped pictures, but you guys will just have to imagine how cute his little butt is. Believe me, it's pretty much the cutest! However, I don't think he'd forgive me later on if I posted his booty all over the internet. I think his sweet little face will suffice though!
